What a typical event looks like

I arrive an hour before the scheduled start, check in with the host, and set up the table, chips, cards, seating, and event materials.

If prizes are part of the event, I give the host tickets for distribution to guests.

As guests begin gathering, I welcome players, explain the rules, and answer questions.

Throughout the evening, gameplay is adjusted naturally to match the group’s energy and experience level.

Near the end of play, I exchange chips for final chip counts and determine winners if prizes are being awarded.

At the end of the event, I break down the table, seating, and event materials.
